Description
Tree on 2523 West Grace St. The power lines, utility lines and fiber optic lines are growing into this tree. Owner refuses to trim tree or have wires cut free from the tree. The roots are growing around underground water lines and causing sink holes in back yard of 2521 West Grace St. Branches fall from the tree. I am concerned the wires will be damaged, the power lines will start a fire or the house will loose power, and concerned about new fiber optic lines being damaged by tree. Force cutback
