Description
Have you not noticed the speeding on both Main Street and Cary Street in the Fan District? There is a lot of speeding. A woman was killed recently trying to cross Main St. at Robinson. You've installed speed bumps on lots of relatively quiet streets but not where there is a LOT of DANGEROUS speeding. We need speed bumps on Main Street at/near Shields (or Rowland) and on Cary Street at/near Shields (or Rowland. Thank you!
