Description
The large gumball tree in front of 1209 Nottoway Avenue is a public safety hazard for several reasons and needs to be removed asap. 1) large limbs have fallen off and present a fall hazard to pedestrians 2) two elderly women have fallen on the gumballs the tree drops in the past 6 months 3) the roots are breaking the sidewalk, creating a trip hazard and running up to houses 4) appears to be close to dying Again, this tree has already caused injury and will cause more if not taken care of.
