Description
We would love speed humps in two different locations along Spottswood on the road to slow down through traffic. Drivers are flying by - and have no concern for the neighborhood children nor the folks using the public parks. There are a quite a few people accessing the parks - entering and exiting cars. It’s a danger to the community.

- Staff · April 4, 2025The 85th percentile speed is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed samples on Spotswood Rd between Trafford Rd and Shirley Lane measured 18 mph. The average speed was 16mph. The speed samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets. Speed tables are not planned.
