Description

Tree is on city property above a bus stop on the same lot as my house. Earlier this week a large branch fell over the street, knocking out signs. Tree appears to be dead and has not started budding like the other trees of the same species, and is already causing the neighbors to be nervous. If this could be assessed and trimmed/removed that would be most appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
