Description
The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) supports All-way stop signage where pedestrians and bicyclists expect vehicles to stop, as at China and Laurel Streets. The principal of Open High School supports this stop sign. The intersection at China and Laurel is the only intersection on South Laurel Street without stop signs on the east-west streets.
