Description

I made this request almost a year ago after having chased your rolling orange warning barrel on busy Meadow St. This morning, I witnessed a woman fall as she tripped up on the disjointed sidewalk. Here is your assigned case number from last year: DPW000167148 << # is no where to be found in your records now and no follow-up has been provided to me. I will gladly jackhammer the concrete myself. I have included two photos: 1) the neglected sidewalk of Meadow St vs 2) typical Fan area sidewalk
