    The 85th percentile speed is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed samples on Duncaster Rd measured 24 mph. The average speed was 21mph. The speed samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets. Speed tables are not planned.
