- Staff · March 31, 2025The focused approach on speed management in the City’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program first considers the distance of a free flow street of at least 1200’ in length in a tangent section without traffic signals, existing traffic calming measures or stopped conditions on the major street. Clay St traffic has to stop at Monroe St and then at Belvidere St. Speed tables are not planned given this short street section between Monroe and Belvidere at around 600’. DPW will replace the missing Do Not Enter sign at Clay and Monroe.
