Previous Request DPW000168484 - To Clarify, At the corner of Hull Street and Richmond Highway on the Traffic Arm Post that faces Southbound on Cowardin Avenue, there should be a No Right Turn On Red Sign there because the current one at the corner of Hull Street and Southbound Cowardin Avenue is hidden in the trees. Suggest add a new No Turn On Red Sign or remove sign from behind the trees and install on the Traffic Arm Post for better visibility and protection for pedestrians.
