Description
Consider making the open eastbound lanes of Williamsburg one lane each way. This could significantly help with the congestion caused by the CSO project. Main St and Nicholson St have significant backups due to the closure of westbound Williamsburg Rd. Consider separating the eastbound lanes as needed at the CSO project to create one lane each way.
