Description
The tree is on city property according to the land marker that is out there. The tree is mostly dead and rotting on the inside. Every time there are high winds or a storm multiple branches fall. The last time the city and Richmond City Police had to come out there because so many big branches fell. It is only a matter of time before the entire tree goes down
