Requesting a new super can, current one is damaged, citizen concerned about going without a trash can for up to 2 cycles and wants to know if its any way DPW can do an even swap, she is worried about the animals getting into the trash and making a mess in front of her home, she is a senior and it will be be impossible for her to clean up the mess, worried about her neighbors being upset with her trash sitting out
