Description
The traffic lights at the intersection of S. 7th St. and E. Canal St. have been out of sync at least two weeks. Previously, while heading down E. Canal, the lights are actuated so that each light is green and traffic flows through the intersection. Since the lights changed, the 7th Street lights remain red while the 8th and 9th Street lights are green, backing up traffic every day. Exiting the S&P parking deck onto E. Canal is much worse now due to the traffic backup on E. Canal. Please fix!
