Description

The trees have rooted into the gutters and are preventing leaves and water runoff. I know that Residence are supposed to keep the gutters clean themselves, but I don’t see how we can keep the trees from reading into the sewer. Can someone please inspect this and call me to discuss their evaluation of the situation? Thank you!
