Description
Needs gravel and grading. Did alley on other side (307 NRowland)but not this. H type alley. Needs work on crossover and 309 NRowland side. Residents have been paying for as long as I've been here and this should be maintained by the city! Unable to upload image someone needs to come inspect this area and gravel where needed.
