    The “location” on this RVA311 request is 4117 Park Ave. Therefore, I assume your concern about speeding is on Park Ave. The average speed sample on Park Ave between Antrim Ave and Malvern Ave is 6 mph. A speed table is not planned on this short street of about 500’. If I have the wrong street, then please send another RVA311 request. Thank you.
