Description
ally has had all the gravel removed (not sure where to... might be a question to ask the culprit) and is being "graded" every day by a private homeowner with a private bobcat. He has literally DESTROYED the alley that was just redone after the water pipes were replaced. I have called public works 3x and only an inspector called me back to tell me i needed to talk to the ally department, which I called, with NO callback.
