Description
The owner of this property has apparently dumped all of their leaves into the street. Leaf pick-up from the city is a paid service and so dumping into the road creates an incentive to make the street dirty to save money. Bicyclists also can not pass through the leaf piles and so are swerving out of the bike lane at this location creating a hazard for drivers.
