Description

The tree needs to be cut back. It has been a few years. It is between the properties of 1317 and 1319 N 28th street. Both properties have power lines running through the tree and it is encroaching upon the homes. There are also a number of large dead branches hanging vertically high up in the tree that have yet to fall.
