Description

Citizen states sidewalk in front of vacant lot at 2205 E Leigh St needs repair, sidewalk has collapsed and has been this way for years and tape has been placed to block off but is becoming an eye sore and also would effects the operation of the sidewalk for walkers/ bike riders
