Description
I walk my dog every day, and the accumulation of leaves, litter ( including the front bumper of a car and animal carcasses) in the median of Monument Avenue is horrifying. This is all in the museum district and the fan is treated so differently! In addition, side streets have litter everywhere and it has been that way for a year. Please pay more attention to the Museum District. We are 3300 block Monument and it is from here to the Boulevard that I see litter. I'll get some pics on my next walk.
