Description
The red light signal lasts for 3-4x what red lights typically last for and the green light is on only very briefly. There is also a new no turn on red sign at this light. As a result, this creates significant traffic back-ups on the Duval street connector tracking backwards towards thr MCV employee parking decks. Please evaluate the length of time that the red light is on.
