Description
calling due to she is at 3200 Garland and people are not stopping at the stop sign on garland and there was an accident where a car came up in her yard. Caller said there needs to be a four way stop or a speed bump or a sign for people coming from north ave.

Garland Ave between Brookland Park Blvd and Ladies Mile Rd stops at Crawford (about 500‘), Gladstone (about 500‘), Meredith (about 625‘) and at Ladies Mile (about 500‘). Given these measurements speed tables are not planned on Garland Ave. Contact the Richmond Police Department (804.646.5100) to report vehicles running stop signs.
