Description
Initial damage done in 2025 when 300-500 blocks of W Clay St. were prepared to be resurfaced leaving deep grooves at all intersection and stopped. This preparation left a deep groove (2+ inches) at the intersection. This was fixed in the fall but is has disintegrated. A 2nd repair was made between March 5th and 9th and was poorly done. The groove still creates bumps that are hazardous to a car’s tires or alignment. I will expect the city will be responsible for paying for any damage to my car.
