Description
The current traffic pattern at the Broad St and Rosneath Rd intersection does not support the traffic flow around 5:00pm. Cars are backed up all the way down Roseneath trying get on Broad street. Additionally, the traffic light at Roseneath Rd and W Clay St also contributes to the poor traffic pattern. This is a concern as the area continues to build residentially.

- Staff · April 1, 2025Traffic signals along Broad St and Roseneath operate under a synchronization pattern. Both intersections (Broad @ Roseneath and Roseneath @ Clay) experience high traffic volume during peak hours provoking both intersections to be oversaturated. Additional traffic signal lanes will be needed to satisfy the traffic demand.
