Description
Some workers came out last weekend to locate the gas and water meters in the alley which are well below grade. They dug down to them leaving a big pit that most cars can't get through without damage and then they sloppily spray painted a blue line that goes up onto my garage. I have no idea what the plans are for any work back there, but this pit needs to be filled asap. I also don't appreciate the damage to my property with the blue tagging.
