    A map shows that Houston Ave starts at Crafton Lane and ends at a dead end or about 500’. Richmond parcel mapper shows less than 20 residential lots. The average speed measured 6mph. Speed tables are not planned. My suggestion is to share your concerns about speeding with your neighbors.
