Description
last Friday they had trees planted on East 33rd street and planted next to water meters and the thing grass that was layered and the trees not legally planted and didn't give permission to plant and want someone to pick them up and plant them elsewhere and cover his water meter a tree blocking for him to park comfortable and he have to dodge the light pole and his water meter being covered caller address 13 east 33rd street
