Description
Every time it rains, the street stays flooded for about a week. In the summer it allows mosquitoes to breed. The street is Roane Street. It needs to be dragged and filled in if not repaired with new asphalt. The small lake that appears each time it rains is large. The attached photo is 6 days after a rain. The day after the rain this entire area is under water from left to right.
