Description
The attached citizen informed us that they have been using the same trash can for the past 10 years, and it has been regularly serviced during that time. However, they recently received a notice stating that their trash can will no longer be collected because it is not a city-issued trash can. The resident mentioned that they have never received a city trash can and would now like to request their free city-issued can.
