Description
The Oak Tree located on Lamont St is consistently dropping limbs. From my upstairs window, I have observed severe decay and rot on the upper limbs. Power lines are under limbs. Power was briefly lost during an ice storm due to falling limbs. DOMINION WILL NOT ADDRESS THE TREE BECAUSE THE POWER LINES ARE POLE TO HOME. A DOMINION REPRESENTATIVE STATES THE TREE IS ON CITY PROPERTY AND WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BY THE CITY.
