Description
Couldn't find where this should go, so I chose open or damaged sidewalk grate. There is an old electrical (?) panel that is busted open and there is a hairball of small wires laying partially on the sidwalk. I have tripped over this before. It has been there for years. Walking from the parking lot towards the pedestrian bridge and towards Dominion Energy's parking lot.
