Description
I wanted to add to the record of DPW000197022 and provide a picture of what the alley inside the 3500 block of Grove/Floyd Avenues looked like after using too much asphalt to fill potholes in the alley - which created another series of depressions - and the recent torrential rain from Wed 3/5. Please do better.
