Description

Between 4525 and 4523 Fitzhugh. Tree needs to be limbed up. Also dropping branches in roadway, on cars, etc. A new tree was planted almost DIRECTLY under existing tree. They are touching already, what happens when it grows!!?? Who planned this out???
