Description

Tree is in rear alleyway behind 1703 albany ave . Tree diseased dead / property own says tree does not belong to them has been assessed over 10 yr ago , with no results from City of richmond . Tree is breaking fences , damaging ,cars , and breaking up alley way . Tree limbs span more than 24-30 feet , and very heavy . Tree is dropping limbs weekly . There are multiple cracks in tree in upper areas and also leans.
