Picture attached. Tree was probably hit by a car. Tree needs to be removed and replaced. PLEASE NOTE.....THE TREE IS IN FRONT OF A PARKING LOT. I do not have an address. I'm submitting address closest to the dead tree. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE TREE AT 2607.
