Description

Asphalt is broken from the street (Cleveland) to the top of the hill and there is a huge pothole there. Also, the rest of the alley is dirt and needs grading or better yet, paving! This part of the alley is behind 3129 and 3127 Stuart. The alley marked on the map is the next side over. Probably also needs repair but I am reporting the potholes behind 3129 and 3127.
