Description
Citizen called about the emergency lights by the fire station on Leigh St (near St Peters St). She says they used to only blink if it is an emergency however, they are blinking constantly now and depending on the color (red, green, or yellow) it is slowing down traffic. She is requesting the city to check on the blinking lights to see if they can be fixed to going back to only blinking if an emergency.
