Description
On January 29th the tree trimming company hired by the city or by the power company trimmed back a 30 foot fir tree on my property excessively causing the tree to be unbalanced as the branches on the west side of this tree were almost cut back to the nub. During the storms of February, the tree began to list to to the east in a manner where I feel my garage and privacy fences are threatened. Would appreciate the city arborist to assess the possible solutions to this threat. Thank you.
