- Staff · March 6, 2025The existing signage and pavement markings are appropriate for the City-maintained portion of Willow Lawn Drive. The City of Richmond maintains the portion of Willow Lawn Drive from Patterson Avenue up to (but not including) the Wythe Avenue intersection. Here’s a summary of that section: • Speed limit is 35 MPH, and 95% of people are driving at or below 38 MPH. (That’s true for both northbound and southbound.) • Fortunately, there have been no severe injury or fatal crashes going back to 2016. This section is not on the High Injury Street network. No further action is planned at this time. Residents can call the Richmond Police Dept 804-646-5100 and give specific times/days with the most frequent speeding, and RPD can have an officer schedule a time to enforce.
