Description

Two months ago, someone dumped two mattresses and two Chistmas trees in the slley behind 2632 Kensington Avenue. They were probably too cheap to pay the bulk pickup fee. These large, bulky items age blocking 2/3 of the width of our alley, preventing me from keeping the alley neat and organized. I have suspicions who dumped these items, but no proof.
