Description

3101 Hawthorne ave is dier need of sidewalk and railing for concerte steps in front if home. 93 year old non wheelchair bound resident needa to be able to be rolle oout front and up the street. We have been asking for this for 10 years. We difinitely need thr hand rail on rhe steps due to possible slip and fall for caregivers, etc that to come to the house My mothers name is Louise Vernell Thomas.
