Description
What made DPW think that using asphalt to fill potholes in an alleyway, and thereby creating basically a series of speedbumps, was a good idea? This was day 2 and evidently one of the workers thought just to leave a huge heap of asphalt under a neighbors bush. The last photo is a huge hump of asphalt at the apron into the alley that is at least 3 if not 4 inches tall. This is incredibly sloppy and completely unacceptable...please fix it!! This is the alley in the 3500 block of Grove/Floyd.
