Description
Williamsburg Ave going towards Richmond for this short stretch has been closed for almost 2 years due to the ongoing construction project. It causes massive delays, especially in morning rush hour. An easy solution would be to convert the current 2 lanes of Williamsburg heading away from Richmond into a 2-way (bidirectional) road. It would just need some divider cones in the middle of the lanes to separate them and maybe some caution signs. It would not change any of the major intersections.
