Description

Drivers on North Belmont Ave ignore the No Parking spaces, sometimes with parking with part of their vehicles blocking the exit lane. Also, distracted pedestrians walk into the lane without looking. Installing facing convex mirrors like the ones where the Publix parking area exits onto Ellwood Avenue would be a very good safety feature. On the North Sheppard Street end, cars parked along the side of the alley make entering and leaving extremely difficult, especially for emergency vehicles.
