Description
Citizen that lives at 1602 N 28th street, says the people living in 1607 N 27th ST have dumped a dresser and Box ( with their address listed) behind her home in the alley right past the woods and would like this removed, says this has happened before but this is the first time she was actually able to track it back to a location.
