Citizen unsure if utilities running through trees - needs information on trees behind her house that butt up against a public park to see what the city can/cannot maintain.

    Trees in question likely private trees, according to the City's parcel map the property stretches fairly far back from the house towards the park. If the ticket can be resubmitted with pictures, I can get a better idea if the trees are private or park trees.
