Description
Two trees beyond the rear property line in the alley between the 2803 1/2 and the apartments. One large tree is leaning out and onto RRHA property. Observed snowloads on limbs bringing branches into contact with the ground at the apartment’s parking lot, blocking vehicle ingress/egress. The adjacent tree is being choked by ivy and creeper and is showing signs of girdling and has begun dropping limbs. Both trees are in city property and each reach over private and personal property.
