Description

Section of concrete has lifted up. An elderly (82 yr old) has already tripped and fallen. It is a hazard for anyone, NO NEED TO JACKHAMMER THE LIFTED SECTION OUT. A VERY GOOD REPAIR SOLUTION WOULD BE TO EVEN OUT THE SURFACE BY MAKING A SLIGHT ASPHALT RAMP TO BRIDGE THE GAP *** USE ROADWAY ASPHALT…. PROBLEM SOLVED !!!!! ****
